The introduction pack has been created to provide you with all the essential information you need to navigate through the many questions you may have regarding our donor program.

This booklet contains information about our donor program including:

• What is involved?
• Who is eligible to become an egg donor?
• What you need to consider before proceeding with egg donation.
• Detailed information about the donor process.
• Legislative requirements.

This booklet also contains other relevant information to help you make an informed decision and to possibly answer any questions you may have.

REGISTRATION FORM

In order to become an egg donor, you need to register your interest by completing our Registration Form. This form allows us to check that you meet the initial criteria to register to become an Egg Donor with EDA.
